Tanya and I began our search for a new home about mid-year in 2017. Tanya new Stacy and Danny from a property they had purchased, refurbished and sold across the street from our former home. There were several things I was impressed with in doing business with this team. they listened to our criteria concerning the type of home we were interested in, our budget constraints, where the property needed to be (school district, etc.). They coached us through the process of setting our range of possible homes without ever dictating what or how we should move. They were available at a moment's notice to show us a home that became available. Danny offered very knowledgeable insights into each property we viewed, again always being a source of information and never pushing us one way or another in the decision making process. After viewing 4 homes, making offers on three we found just the right match. Again Stacy and the team went above and beyond with our third offer. The process was virtually seamless. I felt very comfortable that I could trust this team to take me through the buying process with my best interest at heart. From showing, to offer and through close, every question I had was answered; allowing me to make my own decision with the comfort of having all the information in front of me.
